A welcoming Edinburgh Holiday Rental Apartment consisting of ground and patio accommodation in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh New Town.

The New Town was built between the years 1765 and 1850. Our Georgian Apartment was built in the 1820's. Large Georgian mansions with stone architecture, still magnificent to this day, were built to house the wealthy whilst the poor remained in the small streets of Edinburgh old town.

The New Town includes Edinburghs busiest street, Princes Street, as well as many of Edinburghs finest gallerys and monuments. Read more about the Edinburgh New Town at wikipedia.

The Flat is also a 10-15 minute walk from Stockbridge. A popular area with speciality shops, antiques, restaurants and charming pubs.

Stockbridge also has a community festival every June which lasts approximately 9 days.

Views to the Firth of Forth.
This is the corner of our street. The Apartment is located on a quiet cobbled Crescent yet less than a 2 minute walk from this spot on Dundas Street. Here we are looking towards The Sir Walter Scott Monument which is located in Princes Street Gardens opposite Jenners (now House of Fraser) department store. The walk to Princes Street takes approximately 10 minutes or you can wait for a bus at the bus stop pictured, there's a Taxi rank right at this corner too.
