A lovely bright, peaceful, holiday rental situated in the heart of Edinburgh in the popular area of Stockbridge. 10 minutes walk to the Castle, Royal Mile, Princes Street, on the doorstep of restaurants, boutique shops, pubs, art galleries, antiques, grocery shop, bistros, bakers, butchers, yet extremely relaxing accommodation to go home to.
A short walk from many historical sites, museums, shops and galleries, the botanic gardens.

The King Size bedroom overlooks the garden. Soft egyptian cotton bedding, television, persian rug, lovely artwork and ornamental fireplace. Working original shutters.
There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room which sleeps an additional 2 people.
The kitchen area is located just off the living room. There's a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. The flat also has a washing machine/tumble dryer.
There is also a small bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

As well as a fully equipped kitchen, located just off the living room, the garden flat has a small dining room. Ideal for those travelling with children, tea time, playing board games or working on your laptop with the complimentary highspeed internet connection.
